In Two Minds

Traditional mediation is between two or more parties that need to resolve differences but sometimes the opposition can be in our own heads......

Using the tools and techniques used to resolve issues within a mediated meeting, individual coaching sessions can help resolve our own 'in two minds' dilemas. Careful questioning, intense listening and guided alternative scenario imagining will assist you to get to the root of the issue. Clients have commented too, on the power of hearing themselves speak outloud. How often do we not understand where our thoughts and opinions are coming from until we are prompted to speak them?

Do get in touch for a no obligation chat to find out if this is something I can help with. In my experience even an initial 6 sessions can make a significant difference and most clients I am currently working with have stayed for a lot longer!
